Our bonsais are cared for by hand by our experts and are shipped healthy within 24 hours of order placement.  Your bonsais will be carefully packed to avoid damage so they are ready for you to display.  We use Federal Express as they have been reliable and our experience with them prompt and courteouse.

 

As with the majority of online nurseries and flower shops, unless otherwise stated,  the bonsai you receive may not be the exact specimin pictured.  Our catalog items are sold by size and species.  We maintain a vast inventory of individually cared for specimins that are similar in design and of the same size.

 

We do however, offer hundreds of unique individuals of dozens of different species with creative designs for you to choose from.  We invite you to check back often as we are constantly updating our inventory.  Many of our larger specimins are well suited to entrances to larger facilties.  If you do have specific requirements and are unablet to find the exact bonsai you are looking for, or just arn't sure what bonsai would be fit well in your environment please ask using our convenient contact form.

We do guarantee that bonsais shipped are healthy, however recommend that insurance on your purchase be considered.  There are often circumstances beyond our control that do occur which is where shipping insurance would protect your purchase investment.  We also recommend that while it is your choice as to how the shipping transaction occures that a signature be required.

 

We are also compiling specific requirements that certain regions, states, or countries may have on shipments that contain plant material.  If you are unsure please ask us or check with your local government agencies.
