Why Copper Colored Aluminum?

The dark brown color of copper is more discrete than regular shiny aluminum.  It is also much easier to work with and far less expensive.  Sinc the diameter of the wire required for the same job rather than annealed copper is larger, it will not leave as noticable impressions in the Bonsai branches as easily or as quickly. Aluminum wire is also lighter.
